Do you hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field and have many years of relevant professional experience in an agile project environment? Then you are exactly the right fit for our IT team working with Microsoft Dynamics!

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for support further development, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights)

• Independent analysis of technical requirements from Business Product Owners and CRM specialists and implementation of sustainable technical solutions (in coordination with the Solution Architect), including the enhancement of standard Dynamics 365 modules through customization as well as TypeScript and C# development

• Development and maintenance of interfaces to other applications (e.g. SAP, Reporting Services), as well as the further development of integrative components (e.g. web front ends, backend, and database development)

• Independent handling and resolution of support cases reported by Product Owners and CRM specialists, as well as proactively driving user stories originating from the business

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Insights), plugin development (C#), and Dynamics UI development (JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365, including ribbon customizations, form customizations, data model customizations, and dashboards

• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Automate flows, creation of Canvas Apps and Custom Pages, optionally PCF / custom components

• Very strong analytical skills, including SQL and Fetch

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
