Your Tasks:

Ready to shape the future of our global distribution network? Join us as Global Channel Manager and drive international growth, build strategic partnerships, and make a lasting impact on our Private Label business worldwide.

• Develop and execute the global channel growth strategy for our Private Label Cutting Tools business
• Identify and develop new sales channels, market opportunities, and sustainable growth initiatives worldwide
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic distributors and key channel partners across international markets
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive profitable, long-term partnerships
• Lead cross-functional channel projects and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Several years of experience in international sales, channel management, or business development
• Proven track record within the cutting tools, metalworking, industrial manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, fluency in English, German is a plus
• Experience working with global distribution networks, CRM systems, and sales performance management tools
