HRIS Support Specialist (m/f/d)

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as point of contact and supervise day-to-day activities within the HRIS System (Workday)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, & enhancements
  • Manage the release cycle process, from discovery to implementation
  • Provide user support to ensure adoption and ease of use, including user guides, trainings, demos
  • Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration, and test workflows
  • Execute mass data changes as needed, and other data related activities
  • Partner with other internal colleagues including 3rd party vendors / implementation partners as needed for system maintenance
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups and different projects

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience within Human Resources
  • Experience with HR information systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent German and English skills
