The HRIS team is seeking an experienced Reporting and Analytics Analyst responsible for delivering reporting solutions, developing metrics, dashboards and enabling business insights. This position will collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to determine reporting and analytics needs.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, data sets, key success criteria and issues to design and develop operational HR reports
  • Serve as primary point of contact for HR regarding data needs, format, delivery and distribution
  • Leverage best practice technology solutions to create dashboards to visualize data using the HRIS system
  • Educate and train business users to leverage delivered reports, dashboards and connect to data while also providing best practices and design guidance to achieve data-driven decisions
  • Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation


  • Advanced technical skills and experience with HRIS systems including reporting, analytics applications, business processes and troubleshooting
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communications and customer focus
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and German
